Seeking Minority/Women-Owned Firms for $300 Million Tampa Int’l Airport Project

The national firm called Hensel Phelps is hosting an outreach meeting for Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at the Centro Asturiano de Tampa grand ballroom located at 1913 N Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602.

The event begins at 6pm with an overview of the Tampa International Airport main terminal curbside expansion, new energy plant and related work, followed by networking until 8pm.

Hensel Phelps, along with their partners, HNTB and The Beck Group, is submitting a proposal to design and build this project and is seeking companies certified as Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).

For those not yet certified but interested, consultants will be on site at the meeting to advise on the process of becoming certified.
